Paneer is our Premium product. It is the most common Indian form of Cheese. It is also known as Cottage Cheese in the other parts of the world. Unlike most cheeses in the world the making of Paneer does not involve Rennet, it is therefore completely vegetarian. Paneer is a primary source of protein. It is prepared by the combination of acid coagulation and heat treatment of buffalo milk. Salt is added to enhance the taste and has no effect as a preservative. Later it is pressed to remove moisture. We at PUNJAB SIND manufacture Paneer under the supervision of trained experts & the milk is checked for adulterants, standardized before use.
